At Grizzly Baked Goods, we pride ourselves on our passion for baking, honed over years of experience. It all started one late night in November 2013 when I, Sam Ellis, hand-rolled and baked bagels for the Christchurch Farmers’ Market. That humble beginning has blossomed into a thriving bakery with a dedicated team of eight, including my wife Sara. We specialize in artisan sourdough bread, delectable pastries, and irresistible donuts, alongside our signature bagels. Each week, we supply cafés, restaurants, caterers, and homes with our freshly baked goods.
